I'm hoping that I can give this painting to Circa Survive tomorrow if I get a chance to meet them when they're not on stage. I spent a lot of time on it, I hope they like it. I painted it from their album Juturna ( [link] ) but I tweaked it a little made things more my style. Oh, God, what if they don't care about it when I give it to them? I'd be crushed... But I think they'll like it because I know two of the guys in the band are artists themselves, so I really hope they apprieciate this.

And it might be because I'm very tired, but I like how the way the dots in the gaps of the clouds are spaced, it seems almost like the small dots of a city some distance below. It's not something that the other image, the original CD cover has, I think it definitely adds something cool to it all.
